C9 Checking ignition supply (15) to central locking relay





- Switch off ignition.
- Connect a voltmeter between pos. 15 and pos. 31 on the relay base terminal.
The voltmeter should indicate approx. 0 V.




- Switch ignition on.
- Connect a voltmeter between pos. 15 and pos. 31 on the relay base terminal.
The voltmeter should indicate battery voltage.

If both values OK:
- Continue to C10. C10 Checking Cable 87 to Central Locking Motors

If reading is incorrect:
Open circuit or short circuit to 12 V in cable for ignition supply between central locking relay base terminal pos. 15 and fusebox passenger compartment pos. 11C/11:2 for fuse 11.
- Correct fault or replace cable for trigger supply to central locking relay.
Replace central locking relay D/G.
