F9 Checking the Transmitter's Battery

- Switch off ignition.
- Replace central locking relay D/G.




- Connect the receiver module 5-pin connector.




- Open the battery cover and remove batteries from all transmitters.


NOTE: Avoid touching the transmitter battery contact surfaces (±). If the surfaces are touched clean them with a degreasing agent before replacing in the transmitter.





- Connect a voltmeter between the battery contact surfaces (± contacts). The voltmeter should indicate a minimum of 2.8 V.

If value is OK:
- Reinstall battery and continue to F10. F10 Programming Transmitter Codes

If the reading is incorrect:
- Install new battery. Test transmitter by pressing keys "LOCK" and "UNLOCK".
Confirm central locking system activation. If central locking system does not activate, continue to F10. F10 Programming Transmitter Codes
