C13 Checking the Central Locking Motors Windings
- Switch off ignition.
- Unlock trunk/tailgate and all doors.
- Connect an ohmmeter between pos. 87 and pos. 88 on the relay base terminal.
The Ohmmeter should indicate 1 - 15 Ohms.
If the ohmmeter indicates 1 - 15 Ohms:
This reading appears to indicate that the windings in the central locking motors are intact. However an individual central locking motor may still be faulty.

If ohmmeter indicates 0 Ohms:
Short circuit in the cable between the central locking motors and the central locking relay base terminal pos. 7 and pos. 88.
- Correct fault or replace cable.
Replace central locking relay D/G.
If the ohmmeter indicates infinite resistance:
