Upper Electronic Module (UEM)

CONNECTING THE BREAKOUT BOX

Special tools: 951 1463, 981 3190, 951 1428, 951 1499

Connecting the breakout box
- Ignition off
- Remove fuse 11A/4 in the fusebox in the engine compartment
- Remove the rear view mirror. Upper Electronic Module (UEM), Replacing

- Remove the cover from the back of the rear view mirror
- Disconnect the control module connector.

Connect adapter 951 1463 to the upper electronic module (UEM) connector. Connect breakout box 981 3190 or breakout box 951 1428 and wiring 951 1499 to the adapter.

Disconnect the breakout box in reverse order.
