Removal

Perform depressurizing fuel system Refer to: Fuel system pressure release, B6304T4, B6324S5, B6324S4 Fuel System Pressure Release

Drain cooling system, draining, filling, and bleeding Refer to: Cooling system - draining, charging and bleeding, B6304T4, B6324S5, B6324S4 Service and Repair

Loosen A/C-compressor Refer to: AC compressor, B6324S5, B6324S4 Service and Repair

Remove the following items:
- Engine control module (ECM) Refer to: Engine control module (ECM), B6304T4, B6324S5, B6324S4 Service and Repair
- thermostat Refer to: Thermostat, B6324S5, B6324S4 Service and Repair
- the catalytic converter Refer to: Catalytic converter, B6324S5, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S5, TF-80SC Service and Repair Catalytic converter, B6324S4, TF-80SC, B6324S4, TF-80SC AWD Service and Repair
- Upper torque rod Refer to: Upper torque rod Service and Repair
- Drive shaft right Refer to: Drive shaft right, B6304T4, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S5, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S5, TF-80SC, B6324S4, TF-80SC, B6324S4, TF-80SC AWD Drive Shaft Right
