JA3 - Check PWR GND to ICM - Key Off

- Key Off.

- DVOM on 200 ohm scale.

- When making measurements on a wiring harness, both a visual inspection and continuity test must be performed.

- Measure resistance between J27 (PWR GND) and J7 (B-) at breakout box.

- Is resistance less than 5.0 ohms?

YES -- Go to JA4. JA4 - Check For VPWR to ICM - Key Off

NO -- CHECK connectors, SERVICE or REPLACE harness. PWR GND to CM is open. REMOVE all test equipment. RECONNECT all components. CLEAR Continuous Memory. Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes
