E3: Check Harness Short Core to Core

With conditions as E2, measure the insulation resistance between EM013/019 and EM013/028

- Is the resistance > 10 M ohms?
Yes
GO to E4 E4: Check Harness Ground Continuity
No
Inspect EM013 and PI017 for corrosion, bent/pushed back pins or locate and repair the harness/connector PI001. Test the system for normal operation.
