Remove fuse F9
Measure the voltage between EM014/008 and relay socket pin 3

- Is the voltage > 0 (zero)V?
Yes
Inspect connectors EM014, EM049 and relay base for bent/pushed back pins or locate harness. Repair as necessary and test the system for normal operation.
No
Do not replace fuse
GO to R16 R16: Check For Short to B+
