Removing load-through provision





Load-through provision components

1. Loosen Velcro fasteners -1, 2- at the bottom of the backrest cover.

2. Fold the load-through provision fully forward.
3. Unclip side trim panel -1- from the holder -2- at the load-through provision -A- and lift it up and out -B-.

4. Lever the rear piping -1- at the bottom out of the guide -2- along its entire length using a suitable tool -3- ( -arrow- ).

5. Release the inner piping -1- on the load-through provision -2- along its entire length using a suitable tool -3-.

6. With safety clips: Remove load-through provision -3-.

6.1. Pull out the safety clips -1, 2- on the guide pins -4-.
6.2. Slide the load-through provision -3- on the guide pins -4- by pushing it to the left -A-.
6.3. Pull the load-through provision -3- forward and remove it -B-.
7. With threaded joint: Remove load-through provision.

7.1. Unscrew fastening screw -1-.
7.2. Slide the load-through provision -3- on the guide pin -2- by pushing it to the left -A-.
7.3. Pull the load-through provision -3- forward and remove it -B-.

Installing load-through provision

1. With safety clips: Install load-through provision -1-.





Installing load-through provision (pin with safety clip)

1.1. Insert the load-through provision -1- into the vehicle -A-.
1.2. Slide the load-through provision -1- onto the pin -2- by pushing it fully to the right -B-.
1.3. Fit the safety clips -3, 4- on the pin -2-.
2. With threaded joint: Install load-through provision.





Installing load-through provision (screwed)

2.1. Insert the load-through provision -1- into the vehicle -A-.
2.2. Slide the load-through provision -1- on the guide pin -2- by pushing it to the right -B-.
2.3. Tighten fastening screw -3- to => Tightening torque: 18 Nm (13 ftlb.)+/-1 Nm (+/-0.5 ftlb.).
3. Fit the inner piping -1- on the load-through provision -2- along its entire length.

4. Fit the outer piping -1- on the load-through provision into the guide -2- along its entire length until it engages securely.

5. Slide the side trim panel -1- onto the seat from above -A- and clip it into the bracket -2- ( -B- ).

Check that the trim panel is seated correctly.
6. Pull the rear seat cover through in a downward direction and close the Velcro fasteners -1, 2-.
