G1 Checking Ground Lead

Switch ignition off.




Remove central locking switch
Loosen connector.




Connect an ohmmeter between position 4, connector, and ground.
Voltmeter should read approx. 0 Ohms.

If reading is correct: Go to step G2. G2 Checking Signal Lead, Unlocking

If reading is incorrect:
Open-circuit in ground lead between position 4 and ground in ground point, LH seat lifter 31/66.
