1 Air Intake Housing

• Removal and installation, refer to => [ Air Intake Housing Of Front A/C Unit ] Air Intake Housing Of Front A/C Unit.

• Disassembly, refer to => [ A/C Unit Air Intake Housing ] A/C Unit Air Intake Housing.

2 Air Conditioner Unit

• Different versions. Refer to => [ Front A/C Unit ] Front A/C Unit and Electronic Parts Catalog.

• Removal and installation, refer to => [ Front Heating and A/C Unit ] Front Heating and A/C Unit.

3 Fresh Air Blower (V2) with Fresh Air Blower Control Module (J126)

• Removal and installation, refer to => [ Fresh Air Blower (V2)/Control Module (J126) ] Fresh Air Blower (V2)/Control Module (J126).

• Check using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester in the "Guided Fault Finding" function.

4 Air Duct For Glove Compartment Cooling

• Check the glove compartment foam seal for damage.

• Removal and installation, refer to => [ Air Duct For Glove Compartment Cooling ] Air Duct For Glove Compartment Cooling.

5 Condensation Water Drains

• One condensation water drain on the left and one on the right (driver and front passenger side).

6 Fresh Air Intake

• The air is extracted out of the plenum chamber. Removal and installation, refer to => [ Fresh Air Intake ] Service and Repair.

7 Removing Air From The Passenger Compartment (In Recirculating Air Mode)

• The air is taken from the passenger footwell under the glove compartment.

8 Air Outlet To The Instrument Panel Defroster Vent

• Depending on the setting, different temperatures for the left and right side are possible. Refer to => [ Air Ducts In Air Intake Housing and In Front A/C Unit ] Air Ducts In Air Intake Housing and In Front A/C Unit.

9 Air Outlet To The Left Indirect Ventilation Vent

• Depending on the setting, different temperatures for the left and right side are possible. Refer to => [ Air Ducts In Air Intake Housing and In Front A/C Unit ] Air Ducts In Air Intake Housing and In Front A/C Unit.

10 Air Outlet To The Center Vent Of The Instrument Panel

11 Air Outlet To The Vents On The Right Side Of The Instrument Panel
