Fuel Rail: Service and Repair

13 53 107 - Removing and installing/replacing both injection lines (N73)





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove manifold Service and Repair.
- Disconnect fuel lines Service and Repair.





Recycling:
Fuel escapes when fuel lines are detached.
Catch and dispose of escaping fuel.
Observe country-specific waste-disposal regulations.





Release screws in area (1).
Tightening torque, 13 53 4AZ 13 53 Fuel Injection Nozzles and Pipes.

Installation:
Check O-rings on fuel injector for damage.
If necessary Replace O-rings.





Assemble engine.
Check fuel lines for leaks.
