Accessory Drive Belt






Accessory Drive Belt

Removal
1 Remove the cover and disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to Specifications [1][2]Battery

WARNING: Do not work on or under a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always support the vehicle on safety stands.
Raise and support the vehicle.
3 Remove the engine cover. For additional information, refer to Engine Cover Service and Repair
4 Remove the air deflector. For additional information, refer to Air Deflector Service and Repair




5 Remove the air intake duct.
- Remove the bolt.
- Release the 2 clips.




6 Release the accessory drive belt.
- Rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner counter-clockwise, using a 3/8 " drive wrench.

NOTE:
Note the fitted position.
Remove the accessory drive belt.

Installation





1 Install the accessory drive belt.
2 Install the air intake duct.
- Tighten the clips.
- Tighten the bolt to 10 Nm (7 lb.ft).
3 Install the air deflector. For additional information, refer to Air Deflector Service and Repair
4 Install the engine cover. For additional information, refer to Engine Cover Service and Repair
5 Connect the battery ground cable and install the cover. For additional information, refer to Specifications [1][2]Battery
