- This DTC is stored when the VSC system detects a malfunction in the ABS system.
- When DTC C1223/43 is stored, there is no malfunction in the skid control ECU.

1. CHECK DTC (for ABS System)

(a) Clear the DTCs Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.

(b) Check if ABS DTCs are output Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.
